These Terms govern your use of Gold and Silver Saver (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Gold and Silver Saver is an editorial price-comparison service for physical gold and silver bullion. We aggregate publicly listed prices from third-party dealers and present them alongside the live spot metal price so you can see each product's premium over spot.

We are not a bullion dealer. We do not sell metal, hold inventory, accept payment, or process orders. Every transaction is between you and the dealer you choose to buy from.

All content on the Service — including guides, articles, FAQs, premium calculations, and dealer rankings — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any product. Bullion prices fluctuate, premiums change, and past performance is not a guide to future results.

You are responsible for your own investment decisions. If you need personal advice, consult a qualified professional.

Some outbound links on the Service are affiliate links. If you click one and complete a qualifying purchase at the dealer, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which dealers we list, how we sort them, or the premium rankings we publish — sort order is always ascending by real premium over spot.

Prices and availability shown on the Service are based on automated snapshots of dealer product pages, refreshed hourly. We hide listings older than 24 hours, but dealers may still change prices, run flash promotions, or apply coupon codes that we have not captured. Always confirm the final price, stock, shipping, and payment terms on the dealer's website before buying.

We provide pricing data “as is” and make no warranty that any specific price will be honored by a dealer.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or systematically copy the Service's data without permission;
• interfere with or attempt to bypass the Service's rate limiting or security;
• impersonate Gold and Silver Saver or any of the dealers we list;
• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

The Service's editorial content, design, code, and brand are owned by Gold and Silver Saver and protected by copyright and trademark law. Dealer names, logos, product images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for editorial price-comparison purposes only.

You may share short excerpts of our content with attribution and a link back to the source page. Wholesale republication is not permitted without written permission.

The Service contains links to third-party websites operated by dealers and other providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLD AND SILVER SAVER, ITS OPERATORS, AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY PURCHASE DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON DATA PRESENTED ON THE SITE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Gold and Silver Saver and its operators harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
